Description |
| Calibration and Repair Technician |
Status: Full Time, Employee
Education Level: Some College Coursework Completed
Relevant Work Experience: 7 to 10+ Years
Career Level: Experienced
(Non-Manager)
Responsibilities include:
- Repair of electronic test equipment to the component level
- Calibrate electronic test equipment to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Assisting management in developing new systems and procedures as required.
The successful candidate will exhibit the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively on own
- Job may require effort beyond the normal 40 hour week
- Ability to operate as part of a team and support other members of group
- Willingness to participate in advanced educational opportunities, if required.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Military PMEL qualification a definite plus.
- 8+ years experience in the repair and maintenance of electronic test equipment.
- Formal soldering training a big plus

| Inside / Outside Sales Representative |
Responsibilities Include:
- Prospecting new accounts
- Approximately 90% inside and 10% outside sales
- Providing application assistance to customers
- Maintaining sales records and database
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives
The successful candidate will exhibit the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the use of electronic test equipment, especially oscilloscopes
- Ability to operate effectively with a minimum of supervision
- Limited overnight travel may be required
- Ability to operate as part of a team and support other members of sales group
- Ability to use a computer for generating quotes, updating databases and provide timely follow up to sales leads supplied by marketing efforts
- Associates degree in electrical engineering or electronic engineering technology (or equivalent experience).
