Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a common problem that causes the disruption of an electronic device’s operation. EMI test receivers are specialized devices that enable engineers to characterize EMI signals. EMI receivers measure a signal’s amplitude in the frequency domain. Engineers use new, used, and refurbished test receivers and other electronic test equipment to gauge EMI in equipment under test. EMI receivers are the right tools for the job, because they were built specifically for EMI.
