1671D Agilent Logic Analyzer

The 1671D is a 102 channel Logic Analyzer from Agilent. A logic analyzer is a type of electronic test equipment that engineers use to capture and display signals from a digital circuit or system. Logic analyzers are useful for measuring data, such as state machine traces, timing diagrams, and protocol decodes. When an engineer needs to view the timing relationship between multiple signals, he or she will use a logic analyzer for signal monitoring over time.

Additional Features:

  • 102 Channel
  • Mass storage is provided by internal hard drive
  • 3.5-inch high-density flexible disk drive supports both DOS and LIF formats
  • LAN interface includes both 10Base-T and 10Base-2 connectors

The Agilent 1671D logic analyzer features 102 state and timing channels. State analysis speed of 100 MHz on all channels. Timing is 125 MHz on all channels and 250 MHz on 1/2 channels. Memory depth is 64K samples on all channels and 128K samples on 1/2 channels (timing mode only). The minimal detectable glitch width is 3.5 ns.
