The Keithley Instruments Model 6517B-ILC-3 Interlock Cable is designed to connect the interlock of the Model 6517B Electrometer with the Model 8009 High Resistivity Test Fixture.
Configuring the 6517B with the 8009 test fixture results in all the electrode constants already being programmed into the unit.
