Agilent E8363C Network Analyzer is part of Agilent's PNA series of network analyzers (Performance Network Analyzers) and features the highest levels of accuracy for your critical needs. The Agilent E8363C has a wide frequency range of 10 MHz to 40 GHz and has 2-Ports and 4 Receivers. An integrated S-parameter test set with four receivers allows true TRL calibration. TRM/LRM calibration, on-wafer, in-fixture, waveguide and antenna measurements are all part of this Network Analyzers capabilities.
