FG320 Yokogawa Function Generator

The FG320 is a Function Generator from Yokogawa. A function generator is a type of signal generator people use to generate many kinds of electrical waveforms over a range of frequencies. A function generator is a type of electronic test equipment that produces sine, triangular, square, and sawtooth shape waveforms. The user can make these waveforms single-shot, using a trigger source, or repetitive, based on use. This kind of signal generator uses integrated circuits to create waveforms. Function generators cover both RF and Microwave frequencies.

Additional Features:

  • Frequency range: 1 µHz to 15 MHz (Sine, Square)
  • 1 µHz to 200 kHz (Triangle, Pulse, Arbitrary waveform)
  • 2 Channels
  • High resolution: 1 µHz or 9 digits max
  • Arbitrary sweep patterns
  • Load and modify waveforms from other instruments
  • Versatile sweep and modulation functions
  • External sweep control (/R1 option)
  • Amplitude and duty cycle
  • Multichannel output via synchronized operation
  • Up to 256 programmed sequence steps

Featuring versatile sweep and modulation functions the Yokogawa FG320 offers you the capability to sweep not only frequency, but also other parameters as well, such as phase, amplitude, offset voltage, or duty cycle, with linear, log, linear step, log step, or arbitrary sweep patterns. You can even sweep frequency and amplitude at the same time.  The FG320 offers up to 256 programmed sequence steps.
