The Genesys family of programmable power supplies are flexible, reliable, AC/DC power systems in OEM, Industrial and Laboratory applications. TDK-Lambda GEN100-50 is a programmable power supply with high power density in 2U. This power supply features high power density, low ripple & noise, built-in RS-232/RS-485 interface with optional user-friendly interfaces. Parallel operation with active current sharing allows up to four identical units to be connected in an auto-parallel configuration for four times the output power, increasing the flexibility for system designers.
GEN100-50 Genesys Power Supply has been designed to meet the demands of a wide variety of applications. A user-friendly front panel provides reliable control through encoders selectable for fine or course adjustment (~6 or 30 turns) and four-digit LED voltage and current meters. In Advanced Parallel Master/Slave Mode, total current is programmed and reported by the master, up to four supplies act as one. It also features Active Power Factor Correction of 0.99 at full load, a first in this size and density. This assures operation in difficult AC environments and meets European EMC requirements. Significant safety features include Safe Re-Start and Last Setting Memory. Front panel controls also include output On/Off and Local/Remote digital selection. The front panel may be locked locally or by software command.
