The Tektronix PG508 is a 50 MHz pulse generator plug-in for the TM500 system. It features independent control of leading and trailing end transition times. The Tektronix PG508 Pulse Generator provides a pulse period of < / = 20 ns to > / = 200 ms between 50 MHz and 5 Hz and features independently variable rise times and fall times to 5 ns.
