The Phillips PM3070 is a 100 MHz, 2+1 Channel Analog Oscilloscope with Clever Cursors. The Clever Cursors provide both amplitude and time measurement capabilities. In the amplitude mode peak-peak ratio and 10% and 90% levels can be read directly from the display.
