An Active FET probe enables you to measure high frequency signals on your BK Precision Spectrum Analyzer. Powered by a 12 VDC adapter (included), the probe measures frequencies up to 750 MHz with an input impedance of 2pF and 1M. The probe also works on BK Precision oscilloscopes. The probe includes a full accessory kit for the most demanding applications.
