The N5442A Precision BNC 50 Ω adapter lets you use active probes (or passive probes, or general purpose 50 Ω BNC cables) designed for the AutoProbe I interface with Infiniium oscilloscopes that have the AutoProbe II interface.

Infiniium oscilloscopes that have the AutoProbe II interface include: UXR-Series (models from 13 GHz to 33 GHz), Z-Series, V-Series, 90000 Q-Series, and 90000 X-Series.
