The Instek DAQ-904 module can provide the most flexible connection path between your Device Under Test (DUT) and the test system, allowing different test instruments to be connected to multiple points on the DUT at the same time. The DAQ-904 can connect the rows and columns of multiple modules to build larger matrices, such as 8 x 8, 4 x 16 (etc.). Up to 96 crosspoints can be built in a single instrument.
