What is “Credit on Account”?
Trade your equipment in for credit on account and use the credit to purchase equipment from Valuetronics. Credit on account averages about 30% more than cash. Money on account has no expiration date.
How should I package the equipment?
Please make sure to pack the equipment with one unit to a box, and at least 4 inches of protection on all sides of each unit. They should be packed tightly with no movement inside the box once closed. For larger shipments, secure all boxes to a pallet and send the weight and dimensions of the pallet so we can schedule the pickup.
How will I be paid?
Valuetronics can pay you however you request, check, wire, PayPal, etc.
Who pays for shipping?
Valuetronics will pay for inbound freight.
When will I be paid?
Our standard payment terms are net 15 days, but these are negotiable on a case by case basis.
What happens if my equipment fails testing in your lab?
For failed equipment, we can either ship the equipment back to you, or scrap the equipment for you. Valuetronics does not cover the cost of the return freight for failed equipment.
What if I have too much equipment to pack myself?
If you have a large quantity of equipment, we will either travel there ourselves to inventory and pack the equipment, or contract a 3rd part crating company to remove the equipment for you. Either way for you, the process will be easy.
