Features:
The top is on “backward” and the Black Chassis ground screw on banana socket cover is missing. There are some slight scratches plus what’s left of some tape glue on the upper right corner of the front panel. The METER switch is not physically positioned properly as seen by the METER knob set to 2 o’clock at the full CW position. The “B” control/RED trimmer pot knob has some “White” junk which needs to be removed. The meter appears to be okay but needs its mechanical zero adjusted.
The back is in very good condition. Nothing wrong back here. The 3 wire ground power cord is in excellent condition, no cracks or breaks in the insulation covering and the 3 plug pins are straight, not bent.
Pulled the cover off to inspect the internal components and PC board. There does not appear to be any problems from overheated components. The RED and BLACK wires hanging over the front panel are the supply’s original meter + and – wires. During initial testing of the supply, the original meter sticks and does not rise to FS with both “A” and “B” maximum 20VDC output. Meter pot adjustments did not bring the meter to FS at 20VDC output. The original meter is 50 ohm at 1MA FS. I have a smaller 50 ohm 1MA meter I used to test the meter circuit (see next picture).
