The Tektronix MSO46B 4-BW-200 4 Series B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope combines performance and analysis capabilities to address the vast majority of engineering challenges with an intuitive user interface. The 'B' version features a significantly faster processor system that speeds analysis and makes controls 2X more responsive. The Tektronix MSO46B 4-BW-200 offers 6 analog channels with 12-bit ADCs, 200 MHz bandwidth, and up to 6.25 GS/s sample rate with record lengths of 31.25 or 62.5 Mpoints. Full sample rate and record length are available on all channels and at all times. Each input channel can be used for synchronized analog waveform display and spectrum analysis or converted to 8 logic channels by connecting a logic probe for up to 48 digital logic channels. Powerful analysis and visualization tools like FastFrame segmented memory, measurement and waveform histograms, and visual triggering are standard. The Tektronix MSO46B 4-BW-200 is available with a built-in 50 MHz arbitrary/function generator and decoding for over 25 serial protocols. Power analysis packages are also available to facilitate repeatable measurements on power supplies and 3-phase power converters. An array of available smart probes support a wide range of applications.
